Customized alarms

Alarm interface allows R&R clients to spend less time monitoring traffic and eliminates possibility of human error for fault location. R&R alarm system can be configured to send alerts to emails, pagers or cell phones. There's no limit on number of alert recipients and it's common to include failed carriers in that list.

  • maximum tolerant PDD
• To provent false alarms clients can set up filters with minimum number of calls per sample

• Aggregate quality on the switch
• Quality per Client
• Quality per Carrier
• Quality per Country
• Quality per Destination
• Quality per individual IP address or Turnk Group
• Any combination of the above

 

R&R engineers are constantly monitoring the system and will help service users to identify problems such as low completion combined with high call rate, service abuse, malformed VoIP calls.
