R&R Mission
R&R Managed Telecom Services mission is to relieve telecom carriers from the stress associated with designing, deploying and servicing telecom infrastructure and billing software. R&R History
- In August 2011 R&R installed multitenant Sonus GSX9000 solution for leading Canadian carrier, creating new revenue stream from software licensing.
- In March 2011 R&R implemented powerful Best Cost Routing engine.
- R&R switched over 1 Billion voice minutes, cementing its leadership position in Managed Switching Services.
- In January 2010 R&R expanded its global presence with large scale deployment in Frankfurt, Germany. Company is partnering with NewTelco colocation facility to offer SS7<->VoIP services to Eastern European and Balkan carriers.
- By 2009 has served over 130 carriers and achieved worldwide recognition as top provider.
- In 2008 R&R starts building global network to serve customers in Asia, Eastern Europe and Middle East.
- Traffic demand requires R&R to expand its redundant IP connectivity to 2GBps.
- In July 2007 R&R merged with CarrierDomain, a technology company backed by Venture Capitalists, to further the business of Sonus GSX9000 outsourcing.
- In 2007 R&R opens another switching facility in Jersey City, NJ
- Later in 2006 R&R relocated to larger offices in downtown Manhattan
- In 2006 company continued subscriber growth and shifted focus on improving call troubleshooting. With new software relase R&R customers could easily identify patterns for incomplete calls and do basic troubleshooting without expernal engineering support
- In 2005 R&R released new User Interface based on the idea that most telecom executives tend to spend too much time browsing through traffic reports and calculating traffic quality characteristics.
- In early 2004 R&R's business expanded to provide switch partition to incumbent European telcos.
- Internally developed Switch Management Interface knowing what wholesale carriers demand from Routing, Reporting and Billing applications
- R&R was founded in 2003 and has acquired two cutting-edge Sonus GSX9000 switches to provide managed services to CLECs in New York.
